The ancient estate is comprised of the main villa, a gorgeous 16th century building accommodating up to 14 guests, a restored farmhouse, with 4 independent apartments, as well as another charming independent apartment.

Villa La Selva boasts carefully groomed extensive private grounds. Each apartment has its own fenced garden for private use. The property features two swimming pools as well: one in front of the villa, for private use of guests of the villa, and another, located close to the farmhouse, is at disposal of all guests (villa guests, barn apartment guests and farmhouse apartments’ guests).

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in its 6 spacious, refined and exquisitely furnished guestrooms. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite deluxe marble bathroom, including all modern amenities, ensuring guests enjoy exclusive privacy and perfect comfort.

The communal areas are all on the ground floor, and are elegant and welcoming: with warm furnishings and tasteful Tuscan dècor, with various options for relaxing, dining and entertaining. The entertaining areas include the entrance hall (with cloakroom), lovely country-style kitchen with fireplace which leads to the lovely ground floor outdoor terrace ideal for alfresco meals. The living area is a splendid spacious open space comprised of a fireplace, comfortable armchairs and sofas, a TV, as well as a “music area” with a lovely piano.

The villa and little apartment are marvelously encased in the spellbinding ambiance of the lovely terraced garden “Giardino all’italiana”. The garden’s higher level features a striking sycamore-lined road as well as an exquisite private chapel. The lower garden hosts the barn apartment and swimming pool (with adjacent changing room and shower) and a very large room (once the villa’s wine cellar) ideal for parties and receptions.
