The villa accommodates up to 27 guests in bedrooms, every room is original and decorated and painted by an architect friend of the owner. The 1 suite, with its own living room (with a fireplace) and large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, is located in the charming annex right by the villa, that once was a little Chapel. The 12 doubles and 1 single, located in the main villa, all have ensuite bathrooms (9 with Jacuzzi) and there is 1 extra guest bathroom on the ground floor next to the dining room.

Carefully furnished with charming touches, Villa Ferraia offers spacious welcoming entertaining areas with a warm atmosphere. The communal areas are: the fully equipped kitchen and large dining room, the lovely double volume living room (with a fireplace), the TV room, library and lovely terraces provide many options for entertaining and relaxing.

Villa Ferraia also boasts a number of indoor and outdoor facilities: indoor special features are the sauna (located by the swimming pool), gym and fitness room, and private in-house cinema facility (in one of the annexes) and the truly unusual and unique astronomic observatory. The observatory is a professional one, used, and recognized, by the Italian Astronomic Association (UAI) and, although private, it is used by scientists and astronomers for meetings and conferences. Located at 200 metres from the villa, it is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The guests are invited to an unforgettable evening at the observatory during their stay, to learn about the universe and stars. The evening held by an expert astronomer. Upon request parties and events can be organized at the observatory (for a small fee), as well as additional evenings.

Villa Ferraia offers luxuriant grounds with marvelous lawns and shady woods as well as a swimming pool (with changing area, sauna area and showers) and little lake. The grounds also include stables and horseback riding facilities (14 lovely horses trained for mounting, at guests’ disposal) and relaxing, gorgeous hot/cold pools in the garden. In the garden you will find an outdoor oven, table tennis and bountiful organic vegetable garden, and a charming outdoor kitchen and barbecue and sheltered veranda seating up to 40, ideal for unforgettable alfresco meals and parties. The covered “Domus” terrace, seating up to 60, and the open terraces, also provide magical spots for dining and entertaining.
